1. Getting Started
- Allow Microphone: The very first time you open it, your browser will ask for microphone permissions. You must click Allow.
- Start Listening: Click the large "Start Saying" button at the top. The intelligence ring will start spinning, and the telemetry bar will say
LISTENING...
- Telemetry Bar: The bar at the top of the screen is your HUD. It tells you exactly what tooth, surface, and site the system is currently looking at.
2. The Charting Path
The system automatically follows the standard continuous clinical path so you rarely have to navigate manually:
- Maxillary Buccal: (18 to 28) Left to Right
- Maxillary Lingual: (28 to 18) Right to Left
- Mandibular Buccal: (48 to 38) Left to Right
- Mandibular Lingual: (38 to 48) Right to Left
3. Voice Commands
The AI is trained to understand natural clinical speech. You do not need to pause between numbers.
Entering Depths
Just say the numbers: "Three, two, three." The AI will instantly write 3 on Distal, 2 on Mid, and 3 on Mesial, and automatically advance.
Navigation
- "Back": Erases previous entry.
- "Skip" / "Missing": Skips the tooth.
- "Tooth [Number]": Jumps directly to that tooth (e.g. "Tooth Sixteen").
Bleeding (BOP)
- Current Site: Just say an anatomical site: "Mesial", "Mid", or "Distal".
- Specific Tooth: Say "Bleeding Sixteen Mesial". The AI will jump to 16, mark it red, and return your cursor.
- Whole Tooth: Say "Bleeding Sixteen All".
- The "Pause" Feature: Say "Bleeding Sixteen" and pause for 3 seconds to auto-apply to the default distal site.
4. Keyboard Fallback
Optimized for a physical keyboard if the clinic is noisy or you prefer to type:
- Number Keys (0-9): Instantly records the depth and advances.
- Spacebar: Skips the current site/tooth and moves forward.
- Backspace: Moves back one site.
- Letter 'B': Marks Bleeding on the current active site.
